Parts and Accessories
We proceed with shipping procedures via international air freight. The choice of shipping company depends on the country, as well as the size and weight of the goods. Generally, shipments are handled by one of the following carriers: Japan Post, FedEx, or DHL. If you have a preference for a specific shipping company due to your region or personal reasons, please be sure to send a message through the inquiry before placing your order.
Japan Post
This shipping company is not a private courier service; it is the official postal service of Japan. Therefore, once it leaves Japan, there is a high probability that it will be dispatched from the postal service in your area.
Depending on the size of the item, within Japan Post, it will be shipped either as "Small Packet" or "EMS" (Express Mail Service).

Typically, shipments are completed within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase.
The number of days until the arrival of small packet shipments
It varies by country, but for example, we often receive reports that shipments to the USA typically arrive at your doorstep within approximately two weeks from the date of dispatch.

Vehicles
For vehicles, shipping is exclusively done by sea freight.
The number of days from purchase to shipment.
We initiate the request to the shipping company as soon as the purchase is made. The number of days until shipment varies depending on the status of the shipping company.
The storage location from purchase to shipment.
For light trucks, they can be stored in our free parking lot. However, if you want to ensure theft and minor issues are prevented, we recommend storing them in the paid yard specified by the shipping company when arranging shipment by sea.
In the case of the paid yard specified by the shipping company
The storage is free for 30 days. From the 31st day onward, there will be a charge of 450JPY $4 + tax per day.
It is recommended to store the vehicle in the yard of the shipping company immediately after purchase, provided that it is confirmed that the ship is scheduled to depart within 30 days. (In this case, you can store it for free in a paid yard)
If opting for the paid yard from the beginning, Even during times of reduced shipping capacity due to the virus, ships were not available for up to 3 months. When using the paid yard from the beginning, assuming there are no major events, let's consider that the storage fee for the 2nd or 3rd month would be ¥450 JPY $4 per day for a maximum of 62 days, resulting in ¥27,900 JPY $248.

It varies by country. Sometimes, shipments can be dispatched within a few days of requesting the shipping company. However, in cases of extended delays, such as during times of limited shipping capacity due to virus-related impacts, it took up to 3 months from the request. Let's consider a maximum duration of 3 months.
